I feel so down about my recent hair appointment; I despise the outcome. I usually don't leave reviews, but my hair means everything to me, and this situation almost brings me to tears … I was so eager to visit this new salon for a fresh look, but my hair now has uneven patches of color and looks damaged. I thought this place specialized in color corrections. I didn't notice it right after leaving because my hair was styled in curls. It was only when I straightened it two days later that I saw the mess of colors. I was shocked and furious that I left the salon looking like that. No wonder they didn't post a picture of my hair on their Instagram… I have no intention of going back; the whole process felt rushed.

I wrote a review after getting a haircut, but it got removed. Beware of getting your hair cut here; my hair was long, down to my buttocks, and I only asked for a trim on the layers, not the length. However, Audrey cut off three inches and left my hair much shorter than I wanted. When I messaged her about it, she just said it would grow back quickly because she has a good touch, as if that would solve anything. Since she touched my hair, it's been falling out in clumps. So, no, you do not have a good touch but rather a curse 🪬
