Would have got my lashes done here and thing's might've been fine if the front desk associate wasn't a tad rude and smug. She chuckled at me. Lovely ambiance but customer service and interaction could use improvement.
Adore Lulu Lash, especially Chloe. I've been getting my lashes done here for the past few weeks, opting for natural and volume lashes by Chloe! She was fantastic, I admire her, she's extremely professional. The establishment is exceptionally clean. The ambiance is serene, and the technicians are very gentle. Well done, team! 👏🏾
Scheduling an appointment with Lulu Lash was incredibly simple and accommodating. Upon arrival, there's metered parking out front with limited spaces, but there's always room in the back. Ascended the stairs and was welcomed by lash technician Chloe who was exceptionally kind and professional. The salon is immaculate, contemporary, and feminine. The beds are remarkably cozy! Moving on to the lashes, we discussed options, lengths, etc. and settled on a style. I dozed off and woke up with my lashes beautifully done and feeling glamorous. I wasn't a fan of the hybrid lash style I chose, as it was a bit too much for me, but next time I'll opt for the basic set! Nonetheless, it was executed flawlessly and lasted a long time! Highly recommend!!
