I am let down. I've completed 5 sessions and see no change. Additionally, I developed spots on my skin, despite following the guidelines and avoiding the sun. $700 for naught. I also want to mention that the person who performed this procedure seemed eager to finish quickly. Gina!!!! Was absolutely brilliant! I have always had black hair and in years of getting my hair done I was never pleased with the outcome until today!! When I visited the salon for the first time and was taken care by Gina who for the first time in my life gave me the look I was looking for! She was worth every dollar and she will always be my go to stylist!

On my initial visit, I received a warm welcome and exceptional service from who I assume is the manager. She patiently assisted me in selecting the perfect color, expressing genuine interest in ensuring my satisfaction.
Chi flawlessly executed the nail design I desired, and I am delighted to have discovered this salon after a prolonged search for a skilled nail technician. I waited to provide feedback to also attest to the durability of my nails over the weeks. After a month, not a single nail chipped or broke, and even my nail embellishments remained intact.
