On my initial visit, I received a warm welcome and exceptional service from who I assume is the manager. She patiently assisted me in selecting the perfect color, expressing genuine interest in ensuring my satisfaction.
Chi flawlessly executed the nail design I desired, and I am delighted to have discovered this salon after a prolonged search for a skilled nail technician. I waited to provide feedback to also attest to the durability of my nails over the weeks. After a month, not a single nail chipped or broke, and even my nail embellishments remained intact.

I am let down. I've completed 5 sessions and see no change. Additionally, I developed spots on my skin, despite following the guidelines and avoiding the sun. $700 for naught. I also want to mention that the person who performed this procedure seemed eager to finish quickly.
