100 East Hair Salon offers a luxurious, exceptional service at a reasonable cost. The individuals at the reception desk are incredibly warm and accommodating. The salon is impeccably maintained, boasting a contemporary aesthetic. I've had the pleasure of being styled by two different hairdressers, both of whom did a phenomenal job of enhancing my appearance (no easy feat). Without a doubt, 100 East Hair Salon ranks among the finest hair salons I've visited. I will certainly be returning!
My experiences here have been quite inconsistent. During my initial visit, everything was fantastic. I was very pleased with my stylist, as I felt she truly listened to my preferences and delivered exactly what I had envisioned. She expressed her enjoyment in working with me as well. However, on my second visit with a different stylist, things took a turn. She provided multiple excuses for not being able to fulfill my requests. I simply wanted a two-tone ombre effect, but she claimed my hair was too short. Furthermore, she refused to touch up my roots, citing rapid regrowth as the issue. When I attempted to discuss this further, I sensed her irritation, and she barely engaged with me for the remainder of the session. Ultimately, I left with uneven highlights and random streaks in my hair. Despite my positive experience with the first stylist, I am hesitant to return and potentially deal with the second one again. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to recolor my hair and rectify this situation.
