I was fortunate to book a 1PM appointment with Taylor for a 60-minute massage. And let me tell you.... it was absolutely incredible. Taylor was respectful, friendly, and highly professional. The only good thing was the salon's cleanliness and ambiance. I showed a specific design to the technician, who confidently claimed she could replicate it. However, the end result was disappointing - nothing like the picture, uneven nail sizes, missing gems, yet I was charged the full price. The only positive was that my fingers didn't ache afterward, but overall, the nails were subpar. I received what I asked for, but not what I expected.
