I visited for a makeup session and was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. I absolutely loved it. The process didn't take long, she started right away. The ambiance was very relaxed with music playing. I would definitely make another booking.

Ashley was fantastic!! The service she provided was exceptional. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable during my first waxing experience. I felt completely at ease in his capable hands. He gave clear explanations throughout and maintained a friendly demeanor throughout the entire process. He's also very personable and easy to talk to. It was a truly wonderful experience with him and I'm grateful I chose to go to him!

Additionally, they excessively filed the skin on my toes, leading to bleeding. If you fancy chatty employees, then perhaps this is the spot. They craft your nails to resemble chunky beads, which isn't particularly flattering.

The exorbitant prices left me astounded! I visited for a pedicure and manicure, both with gel polish. The attendant presented me with a menu and inquired about my choice of pedicure. Opting for the $35 option, I requested a milky pink shade, which was unavailable, leading me to settle for white. During the pedicure, he accidentally nicked my pinky toe and exhibited a rather rough technique. Transitioning to the manicure, he tidied my cuticles, buffed my nails, and applied the white gel color. Mind you, this was solely a manicure priced at $55. I feel that the quality of service I received did not justify a total of $90. Furthermore, the establishment's credit card terminal lacks the feature to input a custom tip amount, forcing patrons to select from predetermined options. Consequently, I ended up spending $104. This initial visit to the nail salon left me thoroughly unimpressed. A valuable lesson learned: always inquire about pricing prior to receiving a service! In the future, I will patronize T nails, a highly recommended establishment, despite its distance from my workplace.

I usually go to the one in Beavercreek so I was happy to see familiar faces when I came to this new location. Mya did my nails, she was an absolute sweetheart. She took her time and focused solely on my nails. The price was decent. Donnie the manager is awesome. They offered me wine and the salon was nice and well kept! Definitely the only salon brand I will go too!
