The exorbitant prices left me astounded! I visited for a pedicure and manicure, both with gel polish. The attendant presented me with a menu and inquired about my choice of pedicure. Opting for the $35 option, I requested a milky pink shade, which was unavailable, leading me to settle for white. During the pedicure, he accidentally nicked my pinky toe and exhibited a rather rough technique. Transitioning to the manicure, he tidied my cuticles, buffed my nails, and applied the white gel color. Mind you, this was solely a manicure priced at $55. I feel that the quality of service I received did not justify a total of $90. Furthermore, the establishment's credit card terminal lacks the feature to input a custom tip amount, forcing patrons to select from predetermined options. Consequently, I ended up spending $104. This initial visit to the nail salon left me thoroughly unimpressed. A valuable lesson learned: always inquire about pricing prior to receiving a service! In the future, I will patronize T nails, a highly recommended establishment, despite its distance from my workplace.
The pricing was not unreasonable, considering the current cost of services. The staff were pleasant and attentive. However, I do have a couple of grievances. Firstly, I was informed that my nails were too short and round for the design I desired. Secondly, as a first-time gel polish recipient, I expected the gel to have greater longevity compared to regular polish. To my disappointment, less than a week later, the polish began chipping and peeling off, despite my moderate activities. As a result, I am hesitant about revisiting this salon in the future.
I am enamored with this establishment. The staff are exceptionally friendly, the ambiance is pristine and calming, and the pricing is reasonable. My nail technician, Chantelle, has been attending to my nails for 3-4 years, and I believe she operates solely by appointment.
