The exorbitant prices left me astounded! I visited for a pedicure and manicure, both with gel polish. The attendant presented me with a menu and inquired about my choice of pedicure. Opting for the $35 option, I requested a milky pink shade, which was unavailable, leading me to settle for white. During the pedicure, he accidentally nicked my pinky toe and exhibited a rather rough technique. Transitioning to the manicure, he tidied my cuticles, buffed my nails, and applied the white gel color. Mind you, this was solely a manicure priced at $55. I feel that the quality of service I received did not justify a total of $90. Furthermore, the establishment's credit card terminal lacks the feature to input a custom tip amount, forcing patrons to select from predetermined options. Consequently, I ended up spending $104. This initial visit to the nail salon left me thoroughly unimpressed. A valuable lesson learned: always inquire about pricing prior to receiving a service! I usually go to the one in Beavercreek so I was happy to see familiar faces when I came to this new location. Mya did my nails, she was an absolute sweetheart. She took her time and focused solely on my nails. The price was decent. Donnie the manager is awesome. They offered me wine and the salon was nice and well kept!
