I've visited Shoni twice. They are skilled and professional. My first haircut was great and I left happy 😊. I returned for a color, which was a very satisfying experience. I have an upcoming appointment for a shampoo and style, and I may go back for another color or a trim since my hair doesn't grow fast. Overall, I am very pleased with my salon experience. SHONI IS AMAZING!!
Absolutely terrible!! I phoned in August to schedule a simple trim and waited a week with no response. My previous salon had relocated, so I was looking for a closer option, and this one was just 5 minutes away. When I finally went in to make an appointment, I was informed that their phone system was not functioning, and the person I spoke to was not taking new clients. They said someone else would contact me, but I never heard back. After a month, I returned in person to book an appointment. On the day of my appointment, the stylist was not even there! No one offered to contact her or assist me. They even claimed I had booked at the wrong location until I clarified that I had done it in person. It felt like they were trying to confuse me. I was told I could wait between clients, but after 15 minutes, I left. A dreadful experience, avoid this place at all costs. They show no regard for new customers and will treat you poorly.
I would give 5 stars if there were more available slots!
