Consistently welcoming and efficient service. All stylists are fantastic and pleasant. This will be my go-to hair salon.
I just had my haircut there yesterday. Despite confirming multiple times with the stylist that I wanted my hair to reach my shoulders, it now falls above them and is uneven. I also asked for my bangs to be trimmed, but she merely ran the scissors over them, resulting in a chunk of missing hair on the right side. This is embarrassing as I have a TV appearance soon, and my hair is a disaster. The cut is too short, uneven, overly thinned out, and my bangs are uneven and far from the desired curtain bangs. I won't be returning. Although the stylist was pleasant to talk to, it doesn't make up for the poor haircut. Apologies for the harsh review, but my hair situation is dire, and I must seek another salon for a fix.
I've had my hair styled there for the past 3 visits, but the last one was a disaster. The stylist attempted to rectify it, but couldn't. I ended up going to a barber to get it fixed properly. For the price of $17, one would expect a higher level of expertise.
