The salon manager called me after my initial review. They asked me to come back for a color correction. It would have been pricier elsewhere, so I agreed. The purple and banding were fixed by darkening the color slightly. I adore this new shade. It's exactly what I desired. They also styled my hair on the second visit, which was great as I had a wedding to attend. I appreciate the salon's effort to rectify the issue.
The visit was alright. I transitioned from a deep brown (with some box dye) to a cherry brown hue. I'm not a fan of my new color as my roots turned out more purple and my tips are copper, not what I requested. There are noticeable lines where the bleach was applied. I can't wear my hair straight; I have to curl it or tie it up until I can get it fixed. I plan to have it corrected in a few weeks. My stylist was tardy due to overbooking and didn't style my hair properly at the end; just dried it and sent me off with a frizzy mess. If I knew I wouldn't be styled, I would've asked to let it air dry. I won't return here. I was very excited about my new hair but overall disappointed with this experience.
Oh my gosh, I adore this place! The ladies here are incredibly kind and wonderful; I feel so embraced and truly spoiled! Definitely have Sarah Christina do your hair!! I wholeheartedly recommend her 🤗🤗
