I had a terrible experience at a different salon. Sarah was able to fit me in on a Sunday (my only day off🥲) for an urgent color correction. Needless to say she completely transformed my hair and I’m so delighted with it!! The process took about 10 hours but she was so pleasant to be around I barely noticed the time passing. The salon manager called me after my initial review. They asked me to come back for a color correction. It would have been pricier elsewhere, so I agreed. The purple and banding were fixed by darkening the color slightly. I adore this new shade. It's exactly what I desired. They also styled my hair on the second visit, which was great as I had a wedding to attend.
