I've visited numerous nail salons in houma but none compare to this one. Their work is exceptional, and the ambiance and customer service are outstanding. They always make me feel relaxed and welcomed during my visits.
I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment (and chose any available technician as a first-time client). However, I ended up waiting for about 40 minutes (walk-ins were served before me). My nails turned out overly thick, and the design appeared amateurish compared to what I had shown my technician. The pedicure felt rushed, and the nail polish application was messy and smudged.
Make sure to visit my friend Kiki at Majestic Nails!!! She did an incredible job on my nails and eyebrows. I am beyond thrilled! She took the time to understand my preferences and brought to life the look I had in mind from a Pinterest photo. She's not only skilled but also a fantastic conversationalist. I can chat with her about anything and she seamlessly joins in. She's a wonderful person and a top-notch technician. I'll definitely be returning to her for all my manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow grooming needs!
