A woman with pink hair at the store seemed disinterested in helping us and treated us as if we were bothering her. My mother and I have visited several Sally's stores in Arkansas, and this was the only one where we experienced such indifference.

During my recent visit to Sally's, the employees were incredibly helpful. They provided me with detailed information about the products I was interested in and even went the extra mile by opening the door for me as I left. Since I use a walker, their gesture made a significant difference in my shopping experience. I am looking forward to future visits to Sally's. I visited their store and purchased some Donna Bella hair extensions! I was thrilled to bring them home, but upon opening the box, I found that the extensions were extremely thin and did not blend well with my hair. It seemed like there was hardly any hair on them at all. I returned to the store the same day and explained that the box must be defective because I had purchased this hair before and it was never like this. However, the staff insisted that the thinness was how the hair was supposed to be. I asked to see another box to prove my point, but they refused to open it, citing their policy of not removing the hair from the packaging. I found it unreasonable that they couldn't show me how the hair was supposed to look if they couldn't take it out of the plastic. While I understand their no-return policy on hair products, the quality of the hair was unacceptable. I reached out to Donna Bella hair extensions, and within four days, they sent me a new box that was perfect. This experience confirmed that the hair was not supposed to be that way, and I felt the situation at the store was handled poorly. I had spent $138 on the extensions and received no assistance despite returning shortly after purchase.
