The gentleman who took my call and arranged my appointment was very pleasant. At the end, he also processed my payment. They had many regular customers present. I was thankful they were able to fit me in for an appointment on Christmas Eve. I only had to wait for 1 minute in the waiting area while I selected my gel color. Lan promptly seated me at table 8 and began the service. She didn't engage in much conversation, but when she did, she was kind. The ladies working there were deeply engrossed in a lengthy conversation in their native tongue. Lan did an exceptional job on my nails. The shape was beautiful, the fill was very smooth, the color application was stunning, and the service was quick.
