My spouse and I experienced the most INCREDIBLE MASSAGE ever... IT WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! The hot stones were phenomenal! I had a persistent hip ache which significantly improved after the massage. We are loyal customers now and have already scheduled our next appointment for August. We are eager to try the reflexology next, as we have heard great things about it! Thank you all so much!❤️ Looking forward to our next visit.
They are consistently late. They do accept card unlike some competitors in the area, which is convenient. They frequently push for additional services and rush through the appointment. I have never received a full hour of service despite paying for it. They often leave mid-session to answer the phone or door, cutting into the time I paid for. When tipping, the staff may suggest more or imply it's insufficient if you tip 20-30%. While their prices are lower than Massage Envy, the quality matches the cost.
I paid $60 upfront for an hour, which is standard and acceptable. However, I waited 30-40 minutes before the service began. The massage lasted only 20 minutes, with constant pressure to add on a table shower. After reluctantly agreeing to the shower, I was asked for an extra $40 on top of the tip. The total session did not even reach an hour. Despite enjoying massages, I am considering opting for mall massage chairs instead. I have encountered similar issues at other locations, with incomplete services and attempts to overcharge. This experience has left me hesitant to spend more money here.
