I typically visit this salon for pedicures and occasionally for nails. However, my recent experience getting a full set and pedicure for myself and my two daughters was disappointing. Despite my request to not file my toenails too short due to a recent trimming by my podiatrist, the technician still filed them down. Additionally, I asked for a specific nail color but was given a different one, and when I inquired about it, the technician became defensive and claimed the requested color was out of stock. By the time I received the full set of nails, I was already quite displeased. I had asked for one solid nail and a freestyle design for the others, but the outcome did not meet my expectations, especially considering the almost $100 price tag. I noticed that the nails on my hands were not even. It might be time for me to take a break from this salon, despite usually enjoying the atmosphere and service. This visit was meant to be special for my 16-year-old daughter's birthday.
Absolutely fantastic experience! This salon offers excellent service and a lovely ambiance. While it may be a bit pricey, the quality of work justifies the cost. I am a regular customer for nail and foot care, and today I brought my daughters aged 4, 5, and 16. They had a wonderful time, and their nails turned out beautifully. The salon even provides snacks and beverages, including wine, and the owners create a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. I have finally found my go-to place for nail care! ❤️
