Absolutely adored this establishment! The professional attending to me was incredibly gentle while removing my artificial nails. I opted for a gel overlay which turned out flawlessly! Moreover, she did an outstanding job on my eyebrows too. I am one satisfied client! 🙂
I would rate it closer to a 3.5 mainly due to a slight miscommunication. Upon my arrival, I inquired about the deluxe pedicure and manicure package, specifically asking if it included paraffin wax. I was informed that it did. However, during the service, the technician handling my pedicure had limited proficiency in English and provided a basic pedicure instead. When I raised the issue, I was informed that it was too late for the scrub and hot rocks, but I could opt for the wax at an additional cost of $7. While the manicure was satisfactory, I am uncertain if I received the complete treatment. I recommend implementing a detailed menu to facilitate better communication between customers and nail technicians regarding the services offered.

For a truly indulgent experience, I highly recommend trying out one of their deluxe pedicures - absolutely divine! The salon maintains exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards.
