I typically visit this salon for pedicures and occasionally for nails. However, my recent experience getting a full set and pedicure for myself and my two daughters was disappointing. Despite my request to not file my toenails too short due to a recent trimming by my podiatrist, the technician still filed them down. Additionally, I asked for a specific nail color but was given a different one, and when I inquired about it, the technician became defensive and claimed the requested color was out of stock. By the time I received the full set of nails, I was already quite displeased. I had asked for one solid nail and a freestyle design for the others, but the outcome did not meet my expectations, especially considering the almost $100 price tag. I noticed that the nails on my hands were not even. It might be time for me to take a break from this salon, despite usually enjoying the atmosphere and service. This visit was meant to be special for my 16-year-old daughter's birthday.About

My daughter wanted nails done for AB honor roll so I took her here. It took 2 hours! She was seated and the lady who did the nails was awful. I stayed in the car as I was sick so I didn't know how rough she was with my daughter. She said her hands were bleeding. Another lady took over and was very nice. Her nail design was beautiful and she did a great job. But two days later, 2 nails popped off. 4 days later, 2 more popped off! Sophia is my go-to nail technician, as she always delivers exactly what I ask for. Despite my limited knowledge about nail care (I only get them done for work - my hands are featured in tutorial videos), they are patient with me. We had an amazing experience. The interior is lovely, spotless, and the team warmly welcomed us, offering drinks. My pedicure was expertly done by Alex, who was fantastic 😊 There are numerous employees in the establishment. Ample space is available on both sides of the building, and the staff was exceptionally pleasant and hospitable. After our first visit, we decided we would definitely return. The place is furnished with brand-new massage chairs and TVs for entertainment.
