Having recently relocated to the area, I've been on the hunt for a nail salon. After trying out a few, I stumbled upon Viva. This salon exudes tranquility, relaxation, and cleanliness. Everything they use is either sanitized or brand new, which was a breath of fresh air. I've had multiple people work on my nails, and each time, it has included a shoulder massage, hand massage, lotion, and more. While it may be a tad pricier than other places, you truly get what you pay for. I also indulged in the spa pedicure, and it was heavenly. Definitely book an appointment before heading there. I believe this might become my new favorite spot! Picture of nails done by Selene.
Viva Nails is my preferred spot for self-care, where I indulge in a FAB mani & pedi. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the massages are top-notch. I've decided to try their new vegan line, Manucurist, and I'm absolutely loving the color!
The team is incredibly friendly. Let's address the issues! The prices are too high! Furthermore, if you opt for a gel manicure on your hands but regular polish on your toes, they can't coordinate it. I've put up with this for years, but I'm tired of the excuses for the mismatch. Considering the fees they charge, it should match. I went on vacation for less than a week, and the gel didn't even last. I'm fed up with the excuses for not being able to match gel on fingers with non-gel on toes! They are stingy and unwilling to invest. Now, on vacation with a chipped nail within a week, and I have to pay for new services. Does being nice really justify why I should continue going to a business that thinks it's acceptable? Upon leaving, I expressed my concern about the mismatch, but they seemed to blame me rather than themselves. I'm through with this place!! They don't truly care about getting it right. Business, don't be frugal and invest in gel nail polish sets like most places do. I've finally had enough! I've also endured the inexperienced trainees for years, but oh well. One staff member reduced my beautiful long nails to stubs. I was instructed from that point on to request experienced staff. Overall, steer clear! They prioritize money over customer satisfaction. I'm exhausted from their excuses over my past four years of being a patron and their continual justifications for poor service! I hope more people speak up so they change their ways!
