I had a very demanding job and desperately needed a place to unwind. Managed to secure an appointment within an hour. The serene view of the lake with autumn foliage, stress-free parking, and a wide array of gel colors to choose from made my experience worthwhile. Kim, the owner, was incredibly kind and considerate, and our conversation flowed effortlessly. There was no sense of pressure at all. Despite my short, stubby nails, I now feel rejuvenated and whole. Thank you, Kim!

I have been a loyal client of Kim and Sam for years. They are exceptional individuals, always displaying kindness. They operate strictly by appointment, so be sure to call the salon to schedule. They do not accommodate walk-ins, as it would disrupt the focused attention and care they provide to each customer. Regarding the comments about loudness, Kim plays music and the air conditioning/heating creates noise in her area, potentially leading her to speak loudly for clarity. I appreciate their appointment-only system, as Kim or Sam have always taken me promptly. Never a minute of waiting. Kim engages in conversation on any topic or respects your need for silence. I have visited numerous salons where I'm told "10-minute wait," only to end up waiting indefinitely or leaving. Unless I relocate from New Jersey, Nails Plus will remain my go-to salon!
