I am a fan of their laser hair removal services and had a positive experience with lip injections done by Dr. Lily. However, she is rarely present at the office. When I needed a touch-up, they recommended Dr. McDonald as an excellent alternative. During the appointment, I expressed my concerns about not wanting my lips to look uneven or with the top lip appearing larger than the bottom. Despite mentioning it twice, they neglected the bottom lip and overfilled the top, resulting in an unbalanced look. I now feel self-conscious as people have been commenting on my appearance, asking if I had a botched procedure. I had to cancel a modeling gig for next week because of how strange I look. I have been getting lip fillers for the past two years without encountering this issue of unevenness. I visited another office two days after the last treatment, and although my lips were swollen, they looked symmetrical. I cannot recommend Dr. McDonald. I am at a loss for what to do next as it has been four days, and I still feel unhappy with the results. No apologies were offered.
The woman who picked up the phone was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. She patiently explained the procedures and addressed all of my inquiries. The call was both enjoyable and informative. I am definitely going to book an appointment. Her expertise and positive attitude instilled confidence in their services.
I purchased skincare products from this establishment and made the payment during my last visit. They contacted me to inform me that the products were ready for pick up. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that they had been sold to someone else. They expressed their apologies and assured me they would notify me once new stock arrived. It has been weeks now, and I have yet to receive any update. :(
