Jocelyn is exceptional: the embodiment of top-notch customer service. She excels at cutting & styling curls and possesses an impeccable grasp of color theory! To top it off... she has an incredibly adorable puppy to cuddle with.
I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment with Jocelyn. She was attentive and empathetic to my needs, and the results were precisely what I desired. I'm still delighted with my color after 3 months. It was a delightful experience and an exceptionally well-done color treatment. She's an absolute gem, and her new location is charming as well. I'll definitely be back for all my coloring and Aveda product needs.
