AVOID THIS PLACE! Never encountered such a poorly managed nail salon before. Regret not going elsewhere where I could have received better service at half the cost. Asked for acrylic nail removal, manicure, and pedicure with gel color but was told mid-service that my appointment was for nail removal and pedicure only. Disappointed with the miscommunication.
Prompt service with scheduled appointments. Bring a mask or pay $1 for one. Appreciate the attention to detail in providing a nail technician who can do nail art. Communication via text to understand the desired look. Impressed by the range of nail polish swatches available. Best nail salon experience so far. The nail art was well done, though a bit more creativity would have been appreciated. Paid over $104 for a full acrylic set, including tax. Overall, a meticulous job by the technician.
Came in for nail extensions for my elopement ceremony, but the technician assigned to me did not deliver the beautiful nails I desired. Disappointed with the rushed service and rude handling of my fingers. Paid over $82 for a subpar result. Will have to go elsewhere to get my nails fixed.
