Exceptionally accommodating, friendly, and attentive to your preferences! Prepare to pay separately for services if multiple individuals are receiving treatments. Due to COVID, they now charge individually and use handheld card machines for payment. Although I was dissatisfied with the pedicure I received - noticing lumpy nail polish once home - I contacted the salon to voice my concerns. The manager, TINA, graciously invited me back for a correction, emphasizing that customer satisfaction was their priority. The second application of nail polish (HAWAIIAN ORCHID) left me completely satisfied, and I am now a loyal customer! 💗
I presume I was the salon's first customer on October 4, 2018, as I arrived at 11 a.m., two hours after their opening time of 9 a.m., and found the place empty. The staff immediately recognized my needs, as I had called ahead. The two attendants who assisted me did so with utmost care! Not once did I experience burns or cuts during the filing and acrylic removal process. They took great care to preserve my natural nails, as that was my primary reason for opting for artificial nails. They were incredibly friendly and ensured my comfort, even adjusting my chair and activating the massage feature.
My sibling and I endured such a dreadful ordeal at the nail salon, and the quality of our manicures was abysmal. My sibling's nails were in such a sorry state that she had to opt for glitter to mask the "bubbles" on her nails. To make matters worse, upon our arrival, the woman in charge (I presume) greeted us at the entrance without a mask and intruded into our personal space aggressively. This situation would have been tolerable if it weren't for the rampant spread of COVID at that time. The only silver lining during our visit was Helen. She exuded kindness and reassurance. However, the payment process was chaotic; they overcharged my sister, leading to a cacophony of three different women arguing over the services rendered and the correct payment. Not a pleasant experience. Hopefully, others have better luck.
