I managed to secure an appointment on the same day. Riley (Xuelin) was my massage therapist. Dealing with chronic back pain, she delivered the deep tissue massage I required for relief. She pinpointed the knots and areas needing attention. She ensured my comfort throughout. Some street noise may filter in from below, but that's beyond their control. This ranks among the finest massages I've experienced.

I hoped for a fantastic experience like other reviewers. Reserved a one-hour massage with Riley based on previous feedback—ended up with a different therapist, which was disappointing. Street noise and phone beeping detracted from the experience. The massage was alright. After a massage, I usually like a brief moment to relax, but I was hurried out - there was a couples massage scheduled right after mine, and they needed the table I was on. Everyone was pleasant, but I seek a massage for the serene, tranquil atmosphere and to leave feeling relaxed; unfortunately, I got neither. Still, I'm rating it 3 stars instead of 2 because they were very kind to my children who were waiting, and the therapist did manage to work on some knots in my shoulders and back.

My spouse saw this while strolling around Waikiki, so we decided to give it a shot. It's a cozy spot, but truly a hidden treasure. Riley is incredibly knowledgeable and put in significant effort to ensure we received an exceptional massage.
