Although I was dissatisfied with the pedicure I received - noticing lumpy nail polish once home - I contacted the salon to voice my concerns. The manager, TINA, graciously invited me back for a correction, emphasizing that customer satisfaction was their priority.

I recently visited the Studio About team for my sister’s wedding and wow what a flawless experience! This is my first time getting a Korean style hair and makeup and I honestly could never go back. Alex and Taylor knew exactly how to bring out the best parts of my face and hair while keeping me look natural and effortless. They continued to check in with me to make sure I’m satisfied with the look with pictures they took of my hair from the back and small mirrors they handed me to observe the makeup in detail. Best of all, I was complemented all night for my look which is proof that they did a fantastic job working their magic on me. Oh also they worked on my dad and brother and it was a very comfortable experience for them. The only bummer is that they are located in Oahu and far away from mainland where I’m from so if you’re lucky enough to be attending an event in Oahu give them a visit and you will not be disappointed!

The atmosphere is incredibly calming. Kyong is such a lovely, compassionate, and knowledgeable individual. I entered feeling extremely stressed and my skin was dehydrated with enlarged pores and rough texture; I opted for the hydrafacial + microdermabrasion + LED. I left and my partner said I resembled a porcelain doll haha. I only have a few more months on the island and I will definitely be indulging in this once a month until my departure if possible. One of the most exceptional massages we've ever experienced. The scenery was stunning, and the facilities were top-notch. Lounging in the relaxation area, gazing at the gentle ocean waves crashing on the shore, was incredibly soothing. There's a hot tub with beach vistas. The spa is located within the Westin, right on Waikiki beach. I will certainly return here. Highly recommended.
