Adore this place, revel in the artistry of hair and nails & the abundance of talent and wonderful individuals here at Kelly's. Interestingly, all the artists at this establishment previously collaborated at JCPENNEY Salon in the Crystal River Mall, in the past lol. The skill level in this salon is extraordinary, we all ventured out to work elsewhere & acquire diverse techniques, two of us even owned our personal salons, and then, years later, fate reunited our talents.
