LOVE this place! Super fast service... I just wish they had fixed prices. But overall, they're fantastic.
My time here was absolutely dreadful. The individual assigned to do my nails failed to clarify what she could or couldn't achieve based on the inspiration picture I showed her. She also tried to persuade me to choose a color that she personally liked... Excuse me, ma'am, but I'm not here for your preferences. I was completely unsatisfied with the end result, so I requested a refund. The owner then had the audacity to claim that I had ruined the nails myself and attempted to shift blame onto his employees. The nerve! When I continued to express my dissatisfaction, he offered to fix them, but in the same breath, accused me of causing the damage... I have yet to receive a refund, and it has been weeks since my visit. One of the nails even came off shortly after this entire ordeal. A waste of time, money, and business... I will be sharing photos of the nails I was sent away with and the inspiration picture I showed the nail technician. I am still awaiting my refund.
I arrived at 4:40pm and the man at the entrance was incredibly impolite. He informed me of a 45-minute wait, but when I returned in just 20 minutes, people who arrived after me were already seated. This establishment is disorganized, and their staff, particularly the man with white hair at the front, are rude.
