Managed to secure a same-day appointment effortlessly. Upon arrival, smoothly transitioned into the waxing area. My esthetician was Seren, and she was incredibly warm, kind, meticulous, and patient. Ta'kyla handled my checkout with great niceness and assistance.
Ania is exceptional. She exudes kindness and makes the typically painful waxing process feel like a breeze. Another esthetician, Hope, was equally fantastic for the same reasons! The entire staff feels like a welcoming family. This is one of my top spots for a self-care day.
Jasmin was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! I came in for eyebrow grooming and she was a delight to be around in such a cozy setting. She valued my input, allowing me to enhance her skills by pointing out areas that needed a bit more attention in hair removal. Not to mention, she swiftly took care of my mustache 😭.
