my partner has visited this place 3 times with the same style in mind and has left with a completely different cut each time. The stylists seem to do as they please. We had to go to a different salon to fix it afterwards.
I took my child to get a haircut. He clearly communicated his desired style to the stylist. However, when I saw him later, he was upset with a much shorter haircut than requested. The stylist only offered a simple "sorry". We will not return to this place.
