My nails are delicate and prone to breakage, but Nancy always handles them with care to prevent damage. I appreciate her involving me in each stage of the process to guarantee my contentment. The photo attached was taken today, although she did my nails a week ago. Typically, I can go three weeks before needing a touch-up. These are gel overlays on dip powder, showcasing my natural nails. I am amazed by the transformation that Julie has brought into my life! No more fretting about stray hairs on my face. Rude staff. They seem solely focused on extracting money from customers. When we raised concerns about my child's uneven eyebrows and the poorly applied tint, the employee nonchalantly confirmed that was intentional. The tint washed off the next day. She displayed annoyance when we hesitated to pay, as if our dissatisfaction was an inconvenience. We value quality work and will not return.
