Please take caution with this nail salon. A couple of days ago, I visited for a gel manicure. Two days post my appointment, my nails felt strange and tender. I returned to have the gel removed as I felt discomfort. When I requested Van to remove it, she reassured me that everything was fine. I trusted her judgment and left, but a week later my nails deteriorated, causing significant pain. I returned and insisted on the gel removal, revealing the state of my nails. Sensing something was amiss, as I had never encountered this before, I consulted my physician who prescribed antibiotics due to the intense pain and soreness. I now need to seek a dermatologist for professional assistance. Taking this matter seriously, seeking guidance as this is not acceptable.
Van was amazing!! He made sure to check in with me multiple times about the length and shape of my nails and wanted to ensure I was satisfied with them every step of the way. He detailed the process for gel full set nails, including maintenance. I truly valued his informative approach and meticulous attention to detail. I will definitely return!
