There seemed to be a breakdown in communication among the staff or perhaps a misinterpretation when I made the appointment. Consequently, both my daughter and I were attended to by the same technician for two pedicures and a fill. Our visit lasted over 2 hours. While the technician was pleasant, my daughter was not entirely satisfied with her pedicure. The setup and overall experience were quite different from what I had anticipated, and we do not plan on returning.

My inaugural visit here was fantastic! The studio is stunning and spotless. The nail artist Nadia was absolutely superb. She executed a marvelous job on my nails, cuticle care was top-notch, and I'm very pleased with her work and will definitely be back.
