Avoid this establishment. The proprietor displayed extreme unprofessionalism and rudeness, insisting my appointment was scheduled for the following day. The phone conversation was incredibly disrespectful, with no willingness to listen. Seek services elsewhere.
More like a Touch of Tasteless. I phoned on Tuesday, April 16th and secured an appointment for Thursday. Upon arrival at the designated time, I found the doors locked. After contacting the owner, she adopted a condescending tone, claiming no recollection of our prior conversation. After providing my name, she asserted my appointment was actually the previous week. I questioned how this could be, given my recent call. Despite possessing evidence of the original appointment request, she showed no remorse and made no effort to rectify the situation. The lack of professionalism exhibited during the initial phone call should have been a warning sign.
Thrilled with my past visit, I am eager to return for another haircut and color touch-up. Where do you think I'm heading? Back to A Touch Of Elegance Hair & Nail Salon, of course! I will be contacting them today to schedule an appointment! Miss Elaine is simply amazing. She not only excelled in styling my hair but also uplifted my spirit. In my opinion, experiences like the one I had there are rare to come by. I left with a fantastic haircut and color, as well as a heart and soul filled with warmth and joy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
