Avoid this establishment. The proprietor displayed extreme unprofessionalism and rudeness, insisting my appointment was scheduled for the following day. The phone conversation was incredibly disrespectful, with no willingness to listen. My inaugural visit here was fantastic! The studio is stunning and spotless. The nail artist Nadia was absolutely superb. There seemed to be a breakdown in communication among the staff or perhaps a misinterpretation when I made the appointment. Consequently, both my daughter and I were attended to by the same technician for two pedicures and a fill. Our visit lasted over 2 hours. While the technician was pleasant, my daughter was not entirely satisfied with her pedicure.
