We entered the salon to get a haircut for my boyfriend's younger sibling and were promptly greeted upon arrival. However, the lady who welcomed us displayed extreme rudeness, making us feel unwelcome. The overall customer service was subpar.
The haircut itself is fine, but the check-in system is more of a hassle than necessary. Initially, it took several tries to make it work. My spouse called directly to explain the issue, only to be informed that nothing could be rectified. Consider this: if the website's check-in system isn't functioning for someone, shouldn't that concern any establishment? Eventually, I managed to check in online, arrived at the salon at the designated time, and observed the names ticking down in reverse order. Surprisingly, you also need to check in upon arrival at the salon, so the online check-in isn't truly effective. The system lacks intuitiveness, and as I don't work for them, I shouldn't be expected to know the process. Moreover, the system itself isn't user-friendly enough initially to provide a satisfactory experience warranting a better review. Therefore, feel free to get your hair done there, but be mindful that the check-in system falls short of expectations.
