I had an amazing experience at this facility. The team was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The facility is immaculate, and they utilize state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring both safety and effectiveness. I am overjoyed with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone considering laser removal services.
I am truly puzzled by these evaluations. Following a lengthy, unnecessarily personal questionnaire & an uninvited speedy tour, (it’s a small place with one treatment room and a restroom) I was escorted to the third room where the high-pressure sales pitch began. It was an odd, pressurized, timeshare-like experience, culminating in a $2,000 price tag which was supposedly 50% off! for upper lip hair removal. This would entail a series of roughly 6-10 visits, they were unsure, although it appears that full payment must be made (or gradually with a substantial contract, credit check & other sly requests) before any service would begin. I was warmly praised for my eligibility- but I declined the services. The offer of one complimentary visit was retracted as it had suddenly become challenging to accommodate it alongside my consultation which they had confirmed with me 5 times - and then, oh dear, all technicians were coincidentally on a break & I would have to wait another 30 minutes or more. At that point, I had no interest in any complimentary offer. I departed feeling uneasy & very uncomfortable to have my finances & other details probed so deeply before the pricing was disclosed. It would have been far more beneficial to have transparent pricing, & eliminate the lengthy pressure sales tactics. We all could have saved 90+ minutes. I still feel uneasy thinking about it.
