Enjoy getting my nails done here. It's my top spot for eyebrow waxing too. Due to the pandemic, appointments are a must as they don't take walk-ins. If you're lucky, you might secure a same-day slot, but most are for the next day.
Worst ever nail experience! Just 6 days since they were done, and they're already off. Took 2 hours, and they refused to fix them without an extra charge. Uneven and bulky. Feeling really upset about this.
Absolutely love this place. It's clean, the staff are friendly, and they genuinely care. As a single parent, I was running late and barely made it before closing. Heading to Hawaii the next day, they still accommodated me. Thank you for being patient with my little one. Nails done, and a lesson learned. Xoxo
