I enjoyed my experience renting a tuxedo for my son's wedding at this venue. The service representative was very helpful, and the overall attention was excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a tuxedo rental.
Extremely disordered. During my fitting, I paid 85 dollars and was informed that the payment was complete. Later, they contacted me, claiming there was an error, and I had to pay a 40 dollar deposit. When I returned to collect the tuxedo, I paid the deposit. Upon returning the tux, I received no refund, and they denied the existence of any deposit. I spent 125 dollars on the rental and received no reimbursement. Additionally, the measurements for others in the party who rented tuxedos were inaccurate, and every part of the tuxedo was incorrectly sized. I advise against renting from this establishment.
