Originally hailing from Hollister, I have had my nails pampered in various locations such as Chico, Alaska, Gilroy, Salinas, and Fresno. She stands out as the sole salon/nail technician I have frequented who crafts specialized nail art by hand, eschewing mere stickers or simplistic dotted patterns. Michelle doesn't rush you, welcomes your input on any adjustments you desire before leaving, and never turns down your requests. I stumbled upon her salon on Facebook after feeling disheartened by conventional nail salons that breeze through a manicure in 20 minutes and only offer a basic gel color. For the past 3 years, I resorted to home gel manicures since local nail salons would shape my nails unevenly, disregard my preference for slightly shorter nails, and balk at creating butterfly or flower designs, opting for tiny stickers instead. I decided to give Michelle a chance as I was graduating from graduate school in May and tying the knot in June.
