Exceptional pedicure! Stylist thorough without causing any pain. Never had a painless pedicure before. Relaxing spa music, massage chair with various settings, no distracting TV. Cozy spot, excellent service.
I was seeking a spot that's unique, quite picky 'bout my nails. Thought I'd found a good place, made an appointment, arrived at 2pm, but by 2:14pm, no acknowledgment. Started my nails roughly, even cut me. Couldn't wait for it to end. Finished, requested cuticles, knowing it's $10 more, hurt me again, no apology. Nails too short, asked for square shape at the start. Disappointed, sister showing her how to shape nails. Favoritism towards customers, not acceptable. Won't return.
This place exceeded my expectations. The individuals are delightful, the place spotless, and the nail work unmatched. Used to travel to San Francisco for this quality, but now this is my new spot. Ecstatic I discovered them.
