I used to adore visiting this spot, but on two occasions, they insisted I give them an extra $20 as a tip after I had already given $10. This feels unjust and highly unprofessional. Regrettably, I will now have to seek out another massage parlor! I would have happily continued patronizing Helens, but the insistence on an additional $20 tip, especially after already spending a significant amount on the massage and agreeing to an extra 30 minutes just for the feet, is truly disappointing. The first instance, I brushed off, but today's repeat occurrence has left me deeply upset. It's essential for me to share this experience, as tipping should be voluntary, not coerced. It saddens me that I can no longer support this establishment. I will search for a massage place that values fairness and integrity!
