Staff unwelcoming. Came in for Botox, front desk chatter about other patient. Provider rushed, not attentive to my needs. Results disappointing, left with persistent lazy eye after 3 months. Reached out for help, no assistance offered. Found another facility to correct issue. Traumatic experience, lack of care. My husband and I visited this spa for a couples massage and it was truly wonderful. The person at the reception desk greeted us warmly upon our arrival. We were paired with Alex and Jordan, both of whom provided exceptional service. We left feeling completely at ease and rejuvenated. Jordan skillfully addressed the tension in my shoulders, leaving me feeling much more relaxed. As a Chiropractor, I am always on the lookout for reliable recommendations for my clients.
