Dropped by a few months ago without an appointment, was informed of a 30-minute wait. After waiting for 45 minutes with no updates, I was still in the dark. An hour passed, and I left, swearing off ever returning. Yet, here I am, a few months later, deciding to give them another chance (due to their convenient location). This time, they weren't as busy, so the wait was short, and the service was excellent. Initially nails looked fab, but 2 days later, they're popping off and gel polish is peeling. When I tried to get it fixed the same day, I was told to come back due to being too busy. Now, here I am at 9 a.m on a Monday, waiting outside for them to open.
