Dropped by a few months ago without an appointment, was informed of a 30-minute wait. After waiting for 45 minutes with no updates, I was still in the dark. An hour passed, and I left, swearing off ever returning. Yet, here I am, a few months later, deciding to give them another chance (due to their convenient location). This time, they weren't as busy, so the wait was short, and the service was excellent. I guess it just varies based on their workload!

Initially nails looked fab, but 2 days later, they're popping off and gel polish is peeling. When I tried to get it fixed the same day, I was told to come back due to being too busy. Now, here I am at 9 a.m on a Monday, waiting outside for them to open. It's 9:10 and still closed...very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and quality of their work.
