Dropped by a few months ago without an appointment, was informed of a 30-minute wait. After waiting for 45 minutes with no updates, I was still in the dark. An hour passed, and I left, swearing off ever returning. Yet, here I am, a few months later, deciding to give them another chance (due to their convenient location). This time, they weren't as busy, so the wait was short, and the service was excellent. I guess it just varies based on their workload!
I'm heading back to the nail salon at Walmart plaza. The chairs and atmosphere are much better, and I think qnails should have fixed my one toe nail mistake for free. They suggested a pedicure 🙄😕but overall, they did a good job. Good, not great.
I visited in need of a fresh French gel pedicure and to have my old acrylics removed for a break. Roy assisted in removing my acrylics with soaking and filing, and he did an exceptional job. Thank you, Roy. I didn't catch the name of the woman who did my pedicure, but it looks stunning, and I will definitely return. Thank you, Q Nails.
