I opt for gel polish over my manicures, and it lasts impeccably for up to three weeks. The application is so well-done that there are no visible ridges or bumps as my nails grow out. Moreover, their spa pedicures are truly remarkable, offering a soothing and relaxing experience.

The service has declined since the change in ownership. I encountered difficulties making appointments, especially during my last visit. I had requested a specific individual on a particular date and time, but I mistakenly mentioned the wrong name. The staff member I spoke to did not correct me about the error, which led to confusion upon my arrival. I had limited time as it was for an event, so I explained my needs, including waxing, to the person who attended to me. I agreed to have someone else perform the services, but when it came to the waxing, I was informed that no one was available that day. I felt misled by the staff member who greeted me. Despite being a long-time customer, I have faced numerous issues since Sam and Lisa were actively involved in the salon. However, I must commend Max for providing excellent service and fulfilling my requests with kindness.

My first and last visit to this salon resulted in my nails cracking the following day. The cleanliness of the place was questionable, and I hesitated to get a pedicure due to concerns about hygiene. Upon returning two days later, the service from Sam was disappointing, leaving my nails thick and resembling gum. Additionally, the smell of smoke during the treatment was unpleasant. It is advisable for the health authorities to inspect the establishment, as my experience was unsatisfactory.
