I visited Oriental Chi with my friend. I requested a female masseuse, but the owner failed to mention that the lady was unavailable. I was asked to lie down on the massage bed and wait for her. After waiting for over 10 minutes with no sign of her, I expressed my dissatisfaction at the front desk. Only then did she appear and ask me to wait for another 20 minutes. Their customer service is terrible, and I have no intention of returning.
My spouse and I decided to get a massage here, and it was quite an ordeal. My partner was wincing in pain repeatedly due to excessive pressure on her joints. I had to keep shifting my shoulder blades as the masseuse lingered in one spot for too long. Throughout the session, he was coughing and lacked personal space etiquette, leaning heavily on the table and intruding into my space. I couldn't wait for it to end. I definitely won't be going back. The negative reviews were spot on. It's wise to consider others' experiences sometimes.
