I am taken aback by the glowing reviews of this establishment. I strongly advise against visiting here! Despite being asked to arrive early, I was kept waiting upon arrival. Furthermore, the impolite response when the door was opened after knocking, without an apology, was unacceptable. The customer service experience was dreadful, and the quality of the service was lacking. Seek alternatives elsewhere!
Nuriia is truly exceptional! I have been receiving Brazilian waxes from her for a year now, and I am incredibly thankful for discovering her! She works swiftly, effectively, and with courtesy. I travel an hour each way to see her, which speaks volumes. Every visit to her studio leaves me feeling fantastic :)
The most fantastic spot for a waxing session! I've tried sugaring in the past, but Nuriia's precision and speed are unparalleled. Initially, I selected this place due to its proximity to my workplace, but even after relocating, I am willing to travel for her exceptional services!
